Caiman Belt coneveyor Application

The belt conveyor is a development of the traditional conveyor, but instead wear idle employs a cushion of air, as the means to support belt loaded between feeding and discharge. Originally designed for the conveyor sugar refining industry has been proven in many industries.

The design uses the latest technology for the manufacture of solid but lightweight construction sheet. These sections are generally preassembled and delivered on the site that the heads, tails, intermediate 3 m, and the make-up, envelopes, all designed to bolt to form the required length of the conveyor.

The conveyor is totally closed and certified ATEX for the protection against dust explosions.

Tips: 1. The Belt capacity in the above table is calculated under the following conditions: the density of the transferred material is 1.0t/ m3～1.6t/ m3, the transferring angle is ≤18℃, and stacking angle of the transferred material is 30.

2. Belt conveyor is used to transfer the density is less than 2.5 tons / cubic meter.

3. The length of the belt is unlimited. We can design and manufacture it according to customer's special requirements.
